Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
UK Orders:
- Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping — 1–2 business days
EU & International Orders:
- Standard International — 7–14 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) For orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
