Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. For EU orders, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is wrong.

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom/personalised items, perishable goods, or personal care products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect."
